Shipping & Returns

Delivery

All blades are made to order so please allow between 3-5 working days for UK delivery or 7-10 working days for deliveries outside the UK.

If you require blades urgently, please contact sales@tuffsaws.co.uk and Tuff Saws will endeavour to accommodate your needs and offer other delivery options to get the order to you as fast as possible.

Delivery is either sent through Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the size of the order and urgency required. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, Tuff Saws shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage

Postage costs in the UK and to Northern Ireland are nice and simple with only two charges. For orders up to £60.00, postage is £3.50 and for orders of £60.01 or more, postage is £5.00. 

Postage for Europe is £5.00 for orders up to £30.00, £10.00 for orders of £30.01 to £60.00 and £15.00 for orders of £60.01 and over.

If your country is not currently listed for delivery, please contact us so that it can be added. 

When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for the order total will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure

Tuff Saws shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

Faulty Goods

To return a faulty product, please email sales@tuffsaws.com before posting the goods. When returning please ensure we have issued a returns number prior to returning your item. Please make sure the item is wrapped securely with a copy of the returns number included..

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RETURNED GOODS VIA RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, Tuff Saws cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.

If your item arrives in the post damaged please contact us immediately at sales@tuffsaws.co.uk

Non-Faulty Goods

If you change your mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the order at your own expense for a full refund excluding any postage costs, 

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing us at sales@tuffsaws.co.uk
