Welcome to Tuff Saws, the bandsaw blade specialists.  

With over 25 years in the saw industry, including working in bandsaw blade manufacturing, I am able to bring you the highest quality bandsaw blades available on the market today.

Not all bandsaw blades are the same and a good quality blade can transform the way that your bandsaw works. With the correct blade the bandsaw can be a joy to use. The bandsaw is such a versatile machine and every workshop should have one, but unfortunately most people’s perception of the bandsaw is spoilt by the low quality blades that are generally supplied with the machine.  I’ve lost count of the number of people that have had problems cutting straight or getting the blade to track correctly all down to a poor quality blade. A lot of problems associated with the bandsaw can be solved simply by using a good quality blade designed for the type of cutting that you are doing. All blades are made to order and I take the utmost pride in making sure that I only sell the highest quality blades available. You can have an excellent quality blade but if it's not welded properly then it's a waste of a blade. I have spent many years perfecting the art of welding and more importantly annealing bandsaw blades in order to supply the highest quality blade possible. 

If any of the blades that I sell break on the weld then just return the blade to me and I will re-weld the blade free of charge. If you are not happy with any blade purchased from me, just get back in touch and I will do my utmost to resolve any problems.

Postage and Payment

Postage costs in the UK and to Northern Ireland are nice and simple with only two charges. For orders up to £55.00, postage is £3.50 and for orders of £55.00 or more, postage is £4.95. 

Postage for Europe has changed to a 3 tier system to help keep postage costs to a minimum and postage prices are £5.00 for orders up to £35.00, £10.00 for orders from £35.00 to £55.00 and £20.00 for orders of £55.00 or more. We are more than happy to quote postage costs on an individual basis to see if we can find a more cost effective method - please contact us for details.

If your country is not currently listed for delivery, please contact us so that it can be added.  

Payment can be made by the following methods:

• Credit or Debit Card (through Pay Pal but no need to have an account)
• Pay Pal Funds
• Cheque or Postal Order
• Bank Transfer
